This abandoned shell hasn't housed a family in decades, suffering from twenty years of severe neglect and structural decay. Watch as one builder strips the rotting property down to its bare skeleton to bring it back to life.

The meticulous rebuilding process starts from the ground up, tackling compromised framing, installing a modern thermal envelope, and completely replacing the exterior siding. Moving inside, the builder focuses on high-end custom finishes, crafting handmade wooden cabinetry, laying pristine hardwood floors, and installing a stunning stone masonry hearth. Outside, the property is revitalized with a heavy timber pergola and fresh landscaping.

What was once a decaying ruin is now a warm, modern family home built to last for generations. For fans of extreme home renovations, custom woodworking, and satisfying architectural transformations, this one is worth the full watch.
