Romanians have a message for Americans 🇷🇴🇺🇸 What do foreigners get wrong about Romania? I hit the streets of Bucharest and handed locals the mic.

As an American in Romania, I asked what we should know about their country, which stereotypes miss the mark, and what Romania does really well. From Romanian food and sarmale to nightlife, hospitality, and their experiences with safety, these street interviews brought honest opinions and some hilarious moments.

Watch to hear what they’d tell Americans watching.
